  • Is parking available? 駐車場はありますか？

    There is one free parking space located a short 2-minute walk from the property.
    We will provide detailed parking instructions after you make your reservation.

    施設から徒歩2分の場所に無料駐車場をご用意しております。
    駐車場の詳細は、ご予約後のチェックイン案内メールにて個別にお知らせいたします。

  • Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out? チェックイン前・チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらますか？

    Guest may leave their luggage in the hallway from noon on the check-in date / until 3PM on the check-out date.
    *Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss of luggage.

    チェックイン日の正午から、またはチェックアウト日の15時まで、廊下にお荷物を置いていただくことができます。
    ※荷物の破損・紛失について施設は責任を負いかねますので、ご自身の責任においてご利用ください。

  • Are infants included in the total guest count? 子どもの添い寝利用は可能ですか？

    Infants under 3 years old can stay for free as long as they share the bed with adults.
    (*Up to 1 person for Double Room / Up to 3 person for Family Room)
    Children aged 4 and above will be counted as one adult.

    はい、3歳までの幼児は添寝として無料でご宿泊いただけます。
    （※ダブルルームは添寝1名まで／ファミリールームは添寝3名まで）
    4歳以上のお子様は大人1名として換算いたします。

  • Can we cook on site? 自炊はできますか？
