Can I smoke in the guest rooms?
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including all outdoor areas.
Is there an elevator?
There is no elevator at the property. All guest rooms are on the second floor, and the staircase is very narrow and steep. Please take this into consideration, especially if you are travelling with young children or anyone with limited mobility.
Is parking available?
There is one free parking space located a short 2-minute walk from the property.
We will provide detailed parking instructions after you make your reservation.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Guests may leave their luggage in the hallway from noon on the check-in date / until 3 PM on the check-out date.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss of luggage.
Are infants included in the total guest count?
In the Family Room, up to 3 children aged 3 and under can stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding. Children aged 4 and above are counted as adults.
The Double Room accommodates a maximum of 2 guests, regardless of age. There is no free bed-sharing option for children.
Can we cook on site?
Yes, you can cook in the kitchen.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 PM. Check-out is by 10 AM.
How do I check in?
We will send you an email with the entrance password 3 days before check-in. Please be sure to check this before your departure.
Enter the entrance password provided in the email to access the building.
Proceed with the check-in process at the check-in terminal and obtain the room password.
Is cleaning or towel exchange provided during the stay?
We do not offer cleaning or towel and linen exchange services during your stay. Please use the shared washer/dryer for towels.
The washer/dryer is shared between guests staying in Room 1 and Room 2.
How do payment and cancellation work?
Payment is accepted only through credit card prepayment. We do not accept reservations by phone or email.
Cancellations from 5 days before check-in will be charged 100% of the room rate.
No-shows are charged 100% of the room rate.
